LPI Animal Technician Awards

From the very conception of the Lab Products Incorporated Annual Animal Technician Awards, O-Zone helped create and establish the tradition.  This now long-running incentive program recognizes meritorious service of animal technicians in research laboratories achieving excellence in the care and handling of animals according to research protocols and Institute for Laboratory Animal Research (ILAR) guidelines.  The program encourages continuing education, peer recognition, and professional accreditation in this all-important field.  Generally, O-Zone has been tasked with everything from planning and promotion, to photographing the awards party, providing press releases, and encouraging coverage within the various lab research journals.
